A Short Summary of My Healthi Journey

I lost 17 lbs on another program between June of 2018 and when I joined Healthi in September of 2019. I started hardcore with Healthi in March of 2020. I found a great support system on Instagram that helped to motivate and inspire me. My preferred exercise is walking on the treadmill, but I have recently incorporated Beachbody workouts into my plan. I went from 223 lbs in March of 2020 and I am currently approaching my goal weight of 150 lbs. I look forward to continuing my journey through maintenance on Healthi.

What's the One thing I've Learnt about Healthi?

I have learned that I can still enjoy foods that I love. I just have to be mindful of portion size. I have also learned to substitute high bite food items for low bite food items when possible.
