A Short Summary of My Healthi Journey

I had successfully lost weight doing ww in the past and held that weight for 6 years. Then I got married and took on a lot of bad habits which caused me to gain the weight back. When I was ready to get back on track I found itb as a more affordable alternative. I love being able to choose from different programs and lost the weight successfully….until I decided to get lazy again! My husband and I had decided to try for a child and I figured watching my weight was futile. This resulted in me hitting an all time high right as I got pregnant. While I don’t currently do the program, being pregnant has made me focus on making healthier choices (choices that I learned how to make using the program). Once I give birth, I am planning to continue the healthy habits and get back to tracking. But I can already see a huge difference in just focusing on those healthy habits without having to track…and in the end that’s my longtime goal: Focusing on eating healthy!

I’m currently pregnant and expecting my first child Feb 2022.
