You can make any of these coffees into low carb iced coffees by having them poured over ice. Just tell your barista not to add any sweetener.

If you’re looking for drinks that are satisfying, easy to order and keto friendly, Starbucks has a fantastic hot tea list, all of which have 0g net carbs.

  • Emperors Cloud and Mist Green Tea
  • Jade Citrus Mint Green Tea
  • Mint Majesty Herbal Tea
  • Passion Tango Herbal Tea
  • Peach Tranquility Herbal Tea
  • Royal English Breakfast Tea
  • Teavana Earl Grey Brewed Tea
  • Teavana Joy (Seasonal)
  • Teavana Organic Chai Tea
  • Youthberry White Tea

Looking for something cooler for the summer months? All of Starbucks iced teas have at least 8g of sugar, making them less than ideal for keto dieters. But, fear not, there are ways to get your refreshing iced beverage without ruining your diet. All you have to do is order one of the hot brewed teas from the list above, on ice. Then, you can either leave it unsweetened, or use stevia to sweeten it. Most Starbucks have stevia available.

If you’re in an extra fancy mood, you can add some color and texture into your iced tea by having them add 2 shots of heavy whipping cream and/or 2 shots of sugar free syrup.

Starbuck’s famous “Pink Drink” refresher has 20g net carbs. Yikes! You can recreate it by having them brew the Passion Mango Herbal Tea over ice, no classic syrup, 2 shots heavy whipping cream and 2 pumps of sugar-free vanilla syrup.

Starbucks Keto Friendly Snacks:

Need a low-carb bite to eat with your drink? Your very best option is going to be the Sous Vide Egg Bites. You’ll want to avoid the Chicken Chorizo Tortilla flavored bites, as they include tortilla chips.

You can also try getting a sandwich and removing the bun or trying one of the snack boxes. You’ll want to consider only eating the cheese and nuts from the box, as they usually come with apples and grapes, which are higher in carbohydrates.

Another option would be the Chicken & Greens Caesar salad. But of course you’ll want to forgo the dressing.

Try one of these the next time you drop in to Starbucks, and let us know how you like it!
