Motivational Tips To Get Your Fitness In

Schedule your workouts in advance by carving out a set time of your day. This time is for you and you owe it to yourself.

Be intentional on the workout of choice. Know what type of workout you are going to do (Yoga, cardio, strength). If you love watching videos, pre-select them!

Find a workout buddy (virtual if you have too). Do your workouts together. It's a great way to get some socialization, while burning those calories and keeping each other accountable.
