Foam Rolling

Foam rolling is a great way to provide much needed relief to areas of your body that feel tight or stiff. Key take a ways:

      • Roll about 1 inch per second. Take it slow
      • Roll on the meat of the muscles, do not take the roller over joints or lower back
      • Use your body to apply more pressure or less where needed
