Sweaty Games Part II
This is a fun game you can play with your kiddos. Good ole fashion Tic Tac Toe. It’s a lost art, so here is your chance to reinvent the adult exercise version of your fav childhood game
Start by creating a tic-tac-toe board on the ground.
I like to use Painters tape, but anything to create lines will do. Each participant will have cones, rocks, whatever you choose as markers for the board. Mark-off about 25 yards behind the board and get ready for some intense BUT fun cardio sprints.
