A Short Summary of My Healthi Journey

I began my iTrackBites journey right after getting married. I tracked on and off, never taking it super seriously. It wasn’t until the fall of 2018 that I knew I had to lose the weight. I was 25 years old and was diagnosed with high cholesterol. My doctor gave me two options - lose the weight and see what it did for my levels or be put on medication. I realized that it was time to give myself a healthy lifestyle. I started tracking using iTrackBites and quickly lost my 10 pounds. January 1, 2019 I made a commitment to myself. I decided to track all of my foods and start working out. I went from 203 pounds to 175. Not only was I so proud of myself, but my body responded just as I hoped it would! My cholesterol went back to normal levels. My doctor was also so proud of me! I am constantly working on myself and aiming to hit my goal weight in 2022 through a combination of using the Carb Conscious plan, Zumba, walking my dog, and at home exercises!
